West Monmouthshire is proud to offer an excellent range of competitive packages for visiting groups of all types and sizes: small or large; Captains; Ladies; Juniors or Seniors – all are welcome, and we’ll always go the extra mile to accommodate your every requirement.

Being situated within an hour’s drive of the major South Wales hubs of Cardiff, Newport and Swansea, and the border’s city of Hereford, we are easily accessible and a great choice for a thoroughly enjoyable away-day to remember.

Bookings can be made up to 8 days in advance of play, either on-line via the club’s BRS booking system, by telephone or in person at the clubhouse.

“It is definitely worth a visit to West Monmouthshire just to say that you’ve played on the golf course which is recognised as being the highest in Britain! It’s an 18 hole course with a par of 71 but, at just over 5,800 yards (yellow tees), it is by no means a slog. Indeed, there’s some delightful holes and needless to say, the highest course in Great Britain offers some excellent views. Off the course too, West Monmouthshire is well worth the visit and what’s more, it’s a place where the value for money is hard to beat”.

The views are astonishing looking over to the Brecon Beacons and further alike. Member and Clubhouse staff are the most friendly I’ve come across with any Club I’ve been to and there are many!
